We provide the solution for identification, organisation, management and motivation of workforce requirements, necessary for the successful and smooth execution of sporting events.

Recruitment

We are responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training workforce, required for the event.

This includes a variety of positions, from senior level to entry level, in such areas as venue management, transport and ticketing.

Onboarding & Induction

We are responsible for onboarding workforce, to ensure they are properly integrated into the team and equipped to perform their role effectively.

This includes, but is not limited to, the preparation of employment contracts, confidentiality agreements and personnel data. .

Training

We organise and faciliate training sessions to ensure that workforce are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

This may include organisational training, venue specific/area specific and role specific training.

Operational Readiness

We facilitate various readiness exercises and ensure that any lessons learnt are incorporated into planning and preparedness efforts.

With this, funcational areas can enhance their ability to effectively manage and respond to various challenges during the sporting event.

Payroll Administration

We are responsible for ensuring that employees and contractors involved in the sporting event are compensated accurately, on time, and in compliance with legal requirements.

We are the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Polices & Procedures

We are responsible for developing and updating policies and procedures specific to the sporting event.

We ensure they adhere to relevant laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, discrimination, and harassment.

Conflict Resolution

We are responsibile for facilitating constructive conflict resolution processes specific to the sporting event, promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and mutual understanding amongst those working on the event.

Offboarding

We are responsibile for managing the offboarding process for staff involved in the sporting event, ensuring that departures are handled professionally, legally, and with respect for the departing employees' contributions and rights.
